Paragraph15,Poem=Loneliness
November 3rd 2008 17:31
Depression, at times can be the loneliest, place on earth.
I know it has been one of the hardest, emotions for me
to cope with, since, I got sick.Because, it does not matter if I,
am alone,
or in a room full of family. If this emotion shows its face,
it may, as well be, an empty room.I wrote this on a cold
winter, day. Winter is not my favorite time of year.On this
particular day, I actually was alone.
Loneliness
I am
a single flower,
swaying in the breeze.
The grass,
my only companion
lest, I count the far off trees.
I arise,
to face the sun each day
with dew-drops on my leaves.
As, I peer about the plains to see
if yet , a second flower breathes.
Upon spying no roots, no buds, no seeds,
that old familiar feeling, again embraces me.
