Paragraph 17, Poem=Sad Brown Eyes
November 9th 2008 18:32
Depression has changed so many things in my life.It is what I believe to be a curse.
This poem is about how it has changed my view on the world around me..
I feel at times a little angry, perhaps raged.Because the simple things in life, are not so, simple anymore.Things once, enjoyed, are now a chore.
Sad Brown Eyes
Sad is the shade,
of my once brown eyes,'wide-open'
Pulled down in part, at present
by, all that lies beyond.
Moisture, clinging, to each lash.
Not, unwilling, yet unable,
to overcome, its wrath.
A new sun, rises,
a new sun, sets.
Moisture, clinging, to
each lash.
For, time, shall
never render, what
those sad brown eyes
once had.
