Lifes little slices - February 2008

"Our silly cat!!"

Meet "Boots!!" We have had her for about 8 or 9 years. We have no idea how old she is. My daughter Krystina brung her home one day all ragedy looking and almsot starved to death. We never dreamed such a beautiful cat was underneath all that skin, bones and mangy looking hair. We just adore her. She is mostly outside by choice. We let her in and out as she chooses, but mostly she choices to be outside. She won't even realy use a cat litter. She will if we're nt home, but when we are, she meows at the door like a dog, goes out and does her biz and then comes back in.
Yesterday when I was heading out for church, there she was in our pool, on the ice. Silly cat. ofcourse by time I ran into fetch my camra, she was off, after laying on the ice licking herself. I just through some cat food on the ice and back on she went so I could snap a few pictures. Tammy

"Thanks Krystal!" Especilay considering I'm not a cat person at all But she has grown on me majorly. One time she wnet missing for two weeks and I thought I was going to die of heartbreak. That confirmed our love. Then sooo did the 11 hour tripi had to drive her from Illinois to Pittsbugh when we relocated. That cat meowed this loude annoying meow the WHOLE 11 hours. lol I kept saying the whole time to my daughter Katewho was the only child with me, "Boots is lucky my kids LOVE her as much as they do or she would be out." lol but I LOVED her too. Grins

Tracy, i know,I couldn't believe she goes on it. She LOVES going on the pool Ice. Hubby said she is out there on it all the time, but I have never caught her until that day.
