Osama

Death is never supposed to be beautiful, but justice is glorious.
Revenge is never successful, it just becomes a feud, but justice is glorious.
Christ justified us by dying the death we deserved, that form of justice is glorious even though Christs death was terribly sad. Just as all death is. Death itself is not a reason to rejoice. It is the results we long for that have such a deathly price. Freedom. Ours from Christ did not come cheaply. Our from Osama did not either. He killed many and many were killed in pursuit of him and defending against him and his.
I am so glad i dont have to pay for my sins as osama did. His death is not one i rejoice over, but the defeat of justice over evil, that is a reason to celebrate. The justice for hundreds of parentless children, for parents who lost their children, to spouses who lost a partner, brothers who lost sisters ...etc. They deserve justice. The number of people he has killed throughout the world and the lack of concern for the innocent is apparent to all. It shows a hardened heart.
If he were going to repent our God would give him every opportunity, as he did saul/paul who hunted and murdered believers. If not, then it wouldnt matter how or when osama died because he would face the same fate either way. But for the thousands whose murders he oversaw, for the thousands more he would have attempted to murder, and for the families of soldiers killed in defending us from him, his death is a justified day of celebration. We rejoice with them for the triumph over those for whom human life has no value by those who would sacrifice themselves because human lives are worthy of protection no matter where they happen to live. Christ died to set us free.
