Orgasm To Your Weight Loss

Like we need a reason to want to orgasm, but reaching an orgasm can help your weight loss.

Stress is a huge contributor to weight gain, or trying to lose weight. Exercise is highly recommended to help reduce your stress levels as well as burn calories. So why not replace some of that boring treadmill time with some crazy bedroom fun?!

Women who face the difficulty reaching orgasm or even the desire to want to have sex usually are conflicted with their body image as well as not feeling sexy to get in the mood or certain sex positions.

On that note the more positions you twist into the more muscles you use, not to mention the great cardio involved. Do you even think about working out while you are getting it on? Most likely not, but your body is, in fact you can burn up to 400 calories doing the dirty dance! Add an orgasm to that and you increase your body's immune system, release high power endorphins that stimulate the body's ability to burn fat as well as reduce your stress levels.
