Jon is turning 30 on the 28th of October and is happy (and rather brave I think!) to invite the entire Orble crowd around to his place so we can all meet one another and be merry.

Real Crash

Sorry, I'm stuck in Outer Mongolia that week. There seems to be some juicy real estate to look over in Ulan Bator, if you don;t mind having some yak dung droppings here and there.

In any case, have a real bash before the real crash. There really is life after the end of the housing price bubble.

Do we have to dress up? Halloween in Australia is pretty tame in comparison to back home - I just can't get into it if kids aren't trick-or-treating.
