State of Origin Series 2008 Can NSW Win?

www.nrlnews.com

For the State of Origing 2008 Series, the NSW side faces probably the best test ever as they face the might of the Queensland Maroons. The Qld side has virtually an Australian Rugby League (ARL) backline and boasting the might of Cameron Smith and Co. in the forwards - the Queenslanders will start unbackable favourites to win the series.

In the past, Queensland have won their games on the back of hard work, physical dominance and pure passion - because they have never had the talent from the NRL at their disposal.

Now, the shoe is on the other foot.

NSW must look to the passion and commitment along with strong arm tactics to muscle their way into this series. Ok, their players aren't mugs - but they no doubt face a big battle to match Qld in the skill department.

Regardless, the 2008 State of Origin Series will be a classic matchup and well worth watching even if you aren't a weekly NRL man.

So forget your sides NRL Results for just a few weeks and focus on the epic NSW vs QLD battle.
