No singing in the rain

Rain means more pain.Every drop I hear is like it's pounding on my head.And the pain goes up and up.
I took my med in hopes it won't get too high of a pain level.I can't control the weather,but I can prepare.
Here's the thing,if I don't feel better soon,the sound machine will come on or the new age music channel to help me relax.I've got my comfort items.My blankets,my favorite little pillow.I've made sure to keep myself hydrated,even if I don't feel like having it,I make myself.
Plan ahead.People do it for other things.A migraine comfort kit can make a big difference and maybe even save a trip to the er.
