Niklas Nagel <3 Jade Johnston

February 10th 2011 05:15
In the darkness of my twisted little mind, I decided to let two random people, two people who probably don't know each other, fall in love. I'm struggling through writer's block at the moment, ... at the past several days... my inner editor has been itching to get out, and all that I can give her is this silly little sentence, that maybe I can write a story around.

Hmmm... time to give them professions:
Niklas went to college, but before he had a chance to make anything of himself, dropped out and started a small company. He was happy, for a very long time, but found himself wanting that proverbial special someone to spend the rest of his life with.

Enter Jade Johnston.

Jade Johnston also went to college, and unlike Mr. Nagel, decided to finish. First, she got a business degree in financing. Then, a MBA in the same subject. Unable to find a job, as most college students in this market, she went back to get a PhD in Financing, and became a teacher, because as everybody knows, that's the only thing that you can get/do with any degree anymore.

Ok, so far, so good...

How they met?????

???????

??????????

Niklas's good friend, Adolfo Sabbatini, decided to start having dinner parties at his house, and asked Niklas if he could cater the dinner parties. Adolofo's lady friend, Rahel Abel, brought Jade to the party, and the two met, obviously. The issue? If the two were to go out together, she would be the more successful of the both of them, which would hurt him as a man, but he still loves her, thus conflict is born.

More conflict... Jade looses her job, due to massive cutbacks, and this hurts her as a woman, even though Nik promises to provide for her (a modest living, but a living none the less, and he's excited that he'll be the primary bread winner in the family). This is all fine and dandy, until the government decides to take his small business and tax it to death, something that he didn't see coming.

But, because she knows a lot about finances, she shows him how to save the business, and the two work towards an equal end... save the business from the evil government.

The End.

Pretty good, for being out of my mind of cough medicine, and a very stuffy nose. Sadly, real life beckons.

My little one is crying, and my husband is trying to deal with her. There's a huge pile of laundry on the bed that I get to fold before I had off to dream land, and I need to go to bed early, because I get to get up tomorrow morning and teach students. Hopefully, they'll learn. So, good night, Niklas and Jade, and I hope you two sleep as well as I do. <3
