The NFC Championship game is going to feature the New York Giants against the San Francisco 49ers.
The 49ers are coming off an emotional victory over the New Orleans Saints after a spectacular catch by Tight End Vernon Davis, which has been dubbed "The Catch III." The Niners are going to have be able to put that victory behind them and concentrate on the sizzling hot Giants. Like there Super Bowl run a few years ago, the Giants have gotten hot at the right time are playing outstanding football. They have found a resurgence in there running game behind Running Backs Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs. Quarterback Eli Manning is playing some of his best football the last few weeks, and the fourth quarter has been owned by Manning.
The Niners have found a new life in first year Head Coach Jim Harbaugh. He made the choice to stick with Alex Smith has quarterback, and that lead the team to a 13-3 record in the regular season. The defense is one of the best in league, and a balanced attack make the offense hard to defend against.
Expect tomorrow's game to be well balanced offensively from both teams, and hard-hitting on defense. This will be a close scoring game, but when it comes to the fourth quarter, expect to see Eli Manning take care of the ball, and score some points. The Giants will take this game in a battle that will earn them the right to play in the Super Bowl.
