Nicole Richie is looking thinner than ever. "Her fingers are so bony that she lost one of her favorite rings because it slipped off her finger," says a pal. "It was a small diamond ring from Tiffany that her parents gave her on her 16th birthday." The 25-year-old star had announced she was seeking treatment for her weight loss - and looked as if she'd put on a few pounds - but friends say the stress of her December 11 DUI arrest and upcoming February 7 arraignment has made her lose weight once again. What's more, a pal says, "Nicole feels as if her star is fading. Her CD is on hold and she isn't getting good offers." Since experts say that tension can make eating problems recur, Nicole's friends are trying to ber extra supportive. "Too many people love Nicole to give up on her," says one pal.
