Natural Healing Soap from Aleppo, Syria

I learned of this beautiful natural soap from the Aleppo region in Syria that has an ancient recipe. The method for making it has been passed down from generation to generation and is a closely guarded family secret. Sellers of the soap claim that it was the first solid soap ever to be made and is made from entirely natural ingredients.
Aleppo soap is a healing soap that I like to have on hand, especially since I have sensitive skin. If you look at the bar, it doesn't look or smell like anything special but once you start using it, you notice a difference right away.
It's ideal for skin problems such as
** Rosacea
** Eczema
** Dermatitis
** Acne
and for generally sensitive skin. I have Rosacea so I keep a bar of this soap in the shower so I can wash my face with it. It cuts down on the redness and soothes any irritation. Could it be because of the ingredients or because there aren't any chemicals in it? It's probably a combination of both.
