my soul mate!!

"This is my husband Charlie and many foster children we have had!"

we've been together almost ten years and i'm more in love with him each day. he's such a wonderful husband and father. we've both gained some weight over the years. he's had some hair loss, but we still adore each other after all these years and chainges BUT i know tahts because of the way we treat each other. if he gained two hundred pounds i'd still find him sexy because of who he is and how he treats EVERYONE. wether in our family or outside our home. we've had about ten foster kids, pluss our three children.one adopted through foster care and two from my previose marriage. i've never realy looked for looks anyway. i look for whats on the inside. the way a person acts. i've met beautful people taht after getting to know them are ugly because of the way they treat other people and vice versa.

i adore charlie. he's my soul mate, my perfect man and i just wanted to share him.

Katyzzz, we fostered for three and a half years and realy liked doing it. with our kids all turning 18, 18 and 19 we plan on doing it again in the next 1-3 or so years. we stopped when we re-located to PA and left liscenced in Illinois. we have to take classes here before we can do it here.

"Thanks Lilla!!!" i sooo adore Charlie. he is the sweetest person i know and i feel very lucky to have the life we have. it is realy what you make it but often people don't see it that way.i make fun out of life and so does my hubby. we're a great match.

Ash, Thanks!!! my goal in life is "To leave the world a better place then when i found it!!" also, "if you don't have something nice to say, stand there, smile, and say u huh alot!!!" <grins> words can be VERY hurtful and it AMAZES me what roles off other peoples tongues. one thing that has been the hardest and i just don't understand, people ALWAYS talk about over weight people and how gross they are, "i'm overwieght 99% of the time, wayyy more then whoever they all are making fun of!!" i just want to say "HELLO, i'm overweight!!!" after it happens soo many times, i figure it must be to bring me down. it hurts, but i move on. if people who arent over weight could just be overweight for a little while and try to loose it. they'd understand. it's not easy like they think. <frowns>
i LOVE my life and the people in it. "Thats all that REALY matters!!" i know i work hard to loose it and it just won't budge.
Thanks soo much for stopping by.i'd say thats realy the only hurtful thing i deal with. life comes with ups and downs, or hard times, but for a few years now, since i came her, i havent had any yet. [knock on wood] i had HUGE obtsacles as a child. Tammy

Hey Tammy,

it is sad that people put lables on others because of their outward appearance... I know I sure could lose a few pounds myself, I try to excersize when I can and I don`t eat regularly so it`s a recipe for disaster *lol*... some people just have the luck of the draw with a good metabolism... others well we aren`t so lucky!
I love your philosophy on leaving the world a better place than the way you found it... I will find a post for you here on Orble that has really stuck in my mind about this very thing and link it for you....
I am glad that you have found a better place to be in.... you have such a lovely energy that you give off, it seems now is your time of peace that you well deserve.
