My most profound thoughts are at 2AM or when I'm deprived/dazed

And thus just a little insane. I get really poetic at odd hours of night; I'll be reading a book and suddenly grab a notebook and curse the missing-ness of a pen. I'll be sleeping and wake up saying 'eureka!'
Makes for a very screwed up sleep schedule. But I also get all profound-like on people when I'm really dazed or numb. Like now I'm just staring at a screen typing whatever on some topic I'm not even sure of. That's why all my dawn exercise thingies are really nice, and I love them. Things just flow at 6AM like at no other time.
It's the early early morning when you get creative and things just flow. They come out of your pen and you wish they would come faster, as fast as you can think. Some people learn how to type that fast. Just for that time of the morning, I suppose. Some people are asleep at that time of the morning, but usually not me.
The weather out is decidedly dark and depressing. It feels almost like that time in the morning because everything has just a slight sunny tinge to it and nothing more. Perhaps that is why I am suddenly able to write... and I mean really write.
Oh, I've always been a writer, since I was eight years old, which feels like forever although it's only been five years. I can remember farther back than five years... I remember the first day of school when I was 4 like it was yesturday. I remember this nightmare I had when I was six or so years old.
I remember the last 3 times I was in the hospital... so sad, oh so sad. Hospitals suck. I don't like them. There are spirits in some of them, spirits who never made it off this planet.
But spirits are another entry altogether.
