My most creative self!!!

This is the room we spend most of our time in. It's where i'm my most creative self. it's the whole reason i fell in love with this home. tall wood covered ceiling with twelve windows. sooo much light,looking out onto our hill which is where we put horses. grass cascading to tree lined woods.

many fire lit nights spent here. game night, smores made, late nights watching DVD's, snow falls watched,crosses made, ideas brought to life,puppies grow up and meet new moms and dads, dreams talked about, insence lit. romantic dinners for two, sunday dinners spent at the table with moose and bear plates. i've decorated it with a country flare, but cabiny charm. still need more of that cabiny charm, but we're getting there.

i LOVE being here. i feel alive here! i dream, dance and kiss here. maybe we wont be here forever <shrugs>. who knows, but for this time in my life, this is where i'm suppose to be.

That fireplace has made itself into several of my writings, and is responsible for much inspiration! I love seeing a pic of it... even from here it's inspiring.

Katyzzz, i sooo love fires in this room. it's where we spend 99% of our time. gets a LITTLE cold in the winter because of all those windows. but lots of logs ready and your good to go. <soft smile> i love fires anyway.

Thank you Wendi.This room and the pavilion and creek is what sold me on an old house. i am sooo not an old house lover. when we get this house totaly done, it'll be perfect i think. That room is not as old as the rest of the house. it's only about six or maybe less old.

oh wow Tammy your inside matches your outside.... just heavenly... that sounds and looks like a GORGEOUS place to live... I could understand why you would never want to leave there... it would be like being trapped in a time warp....

love the fireplace... When Wendi said she was coming to sit and have chats around your fireplace I could never imagine a better place....

"Thanks Ash!!!" when i walked in and saw this room, i knew this was the home for us. just the feel of it made it my home. and then adding my country/cabiny twist, it was perfect. i LOVE being here. The inside, the outside is getting there. it was bare when i moved here. no flowers, no real flower beds. i did find a few flower beds hidden under ten years of growth. i figured ten years because thats how long the bells lived here.
we're getting it there. the way we want it.

Johndoe, Thank you!! Thats what eventualy i wnat this room to feel more like. i want to pull up the carpet and put in hard wood floors, add more bears, moose and such, i want a big "Fake" bear rug.<smiles> we have a njice peice of land along a creek line, we have dreams of one day building a cabin on. maybe use it as kind of a bed and breakfast for one family at a time. theres a fishing dock and all,down there. just dreaming. may never do it, but hubby has plans all in his head. so do i. i want a loft overlooking a huge roomwith kitchen, front room and small'ish dinning room. the long back porch over looking the creek.
lifes all about big dreams and wether they come true or not, doesn't matter. it's still fun to dream.
