Murphy's Laws of Home Cooking

July 26th 2010 13:49
No recipe that tells you how much flour you’ll need for dredging ever calls for nearly enough.

If a recipe calls for ˝ teaspoonful of anything, that item is sold only by the pound.

If you decide to use the box grater, you’ll wish you used the food processor, and vice versa.

Any guest who says they want their steak “rare” means “medium well.”
