Well climate scientists are forecasting permanently hot summers!
Although it doesn't say it anywhere, we all know that this is going the man-made route!
It's obvious that this hypothesis needs to be proven, otherwise it is all heresay. I notice that this rise in temperature will take place during the summer. This will help justify if the winters are unusually cold!
