Rocky's Running Diary
That's great that you're getting motivated with your running, and a good long run is a cornerstone of training.
It really depends on what you're training for, but unless it's a marathon (or possibly a half) you dont need to do more than one 1.5 hour run a week. If you're comfortable running 1 hour each day, then go for that at a solid pace, but try to make one run a bit longer (1.5 hours) where you go for relaxed distance, and a couple a bit shorter for recovery, with a day or two off.
Plus make sure you get in some speed work! I'd go for 2 or 3 diff. speed work sessions, one longer run, one medium run, one short run.
In short, no, don't do 1.5 hour runs every day
Hope that helps! And tell us if you get a blog up!
