monday workflowAll right today we are going into hard-core production mode
Here is a timetable
8 to 8:15 clean down and set up
8:15 chicken break down demonstration
Break down between 6 and 10 chickens each
Morning break will happen when we have done this!
(Hope fully before 10 am)
After break
Quail demonstration
Break down between 5 and 8 quail each
Chicken stock
Game stock
12:30 lunch
1:30Harry’s special prep till 3 pm Now I realise some people want some specific training in soups and sauces
So these are the extra special Monday jobs for the keen beans
Cauliflower Potato bacon and sage soup
Lamb sauce done three ways
