Mom's Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS
1 pound green cabbage, sliced into small pieces
1 lg. carrot,peeled & grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
3 radishes, grated
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons white distilled vinegar
4 Tablespoons Mayo
Combine all dressing ingredients together in bowl large enough to add cabbage mixture. Add the cabbage, carrot, onion, bell pepper and radish. Mix throughly, season with salt, pepper and celery seed.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one our.
Before serving, mix throughly to distribute dressing that may have settled on the bottom on the bowl.
