Missing Out By Being Late

February 8th 2012 06:13
Pearl looked at the time. She needed to get home. There was a party she had to dress up for. Her boyfriend Greg had told her that it was going to be pretty special. She looked at the cars that swept before her. There were many. She would have to cross at the real crossing metres ahead.

“I hate this!” steamed Pearl as she began to walk up the pavement towards the traffic light which seemed so far away.

She stormed in her step. The cracks were made a little larger as she walked. However on one step her heel broke, and Pearl stumbled to the concrete. She gasped as she looked at her shoe. She then got up to her feet and began to walk. She took off her other shoe and began to create holes inside of her stockings. She narrowed her eyes as she did, and she grunted as she trod on stones.

“I hate this;” she muttered. “I do;” she added.

Pearl grunted as she stepped forward, and slowly she made it home.

Pearl looked at the sunset by her letter box. She smiled to it. It was down and she had just reached home. She shook her head as her laddered stockings rubbed her last nerve string. Walking home had proved harder then expected, and sooner or later she had just given up rushing. She was not going to make it home in time for the ball.

“This has been a tiring and exhausting afternoon!” she muttered as she began to make her way to her house. “I am most certainly going to be having a nice long bath!” she exclaimed as she moved to head towards the house with cuts on her toes.

Pearl moved slowly in a haggard manner. She walked further and further towards the front door. She spied a shadow to the left, and she shrugged. It was a person sure, but it looked as though it were like her, worn down and just about to give up.

“Hi;” muttered Pearl as she reached the front door.

“Hi;” muttered Greg in a sour tone.

“Long night?” asked Pearl as she stopped to glare.

“Short;” told Greg as he chuckled softly a little. “I have been waiting ever since I arrived;” he added in a tone that was quiet and a little out of breath. “I said to be here one time... and what does she do?” he questioned as he began to raise his brows. “Stray;” he added as he shook his head.

“I am sorry, but it was far;” told Pearl as she held up her shoes. “My transport broke down;” she added as she began to offer a sly smile.

“I am sorry too;” told Greg as he held up some silver tickets. “Once in a lifetime passed an hour ago;” he muttered before he tore up the two very pricey tickets.

“Do you want to come in for a cup of tea?” asked Pearl as she narrowed her eyes.

“Sure;” told Greg. “Tea costs what? Fifteen cents per bag?” he questioned as he began to growl inside of his chest until he felt red.

“If you are mad just say so and I will see you next week;” warned Pearl as she began to try and take control.

“No;” muttered Greg in a softer tone. “Tea is great;” he smiled.

“Okay;” told Pearl before she relaxed and moved to open the door. “It was a really hard walk, I think my feet are bleeding;” she muttered as she opened the door. “It's really hard to get by on just bare feet these days, even when the walk is all on concrete;” she said.

Pearl showed Greg inside, and she smiled. He smiled a little, and stiffly followed Pearl. Pearl moved to the kitchen, and then she boiled the tea pot. She then told Greg she was going to go and take off her stockings. When he followed she was hardly surprised. Pearl smiled as she winced. Her feet really did feel sore. They ached as though they had little cuts and bruises all over them. It was a pretty hard walk,, but she made it to her bathroom in no time.

Pearl took off her stockings. She then threw them into the waste paper basket. She had no need for them now. Pearl grit her teeth as she moved to the sink and took down some tissues and moisturiser. She then moved to a stool which she used as a shoe rest when she was polishing her shoes. She sat on the small thing, and then she began to take care of her feet. She whined a little in order to make her discomfort real. Then she began to wipe her tissue all over the place. Along the sole, over the toes; finally she rubbed the cream in. Her skin tingled a little after the cream had been applied.

“This stings;” told Pearl in a whiny little tone which made Greg tsk a little as he tried to feel something for her.

“That is a shame;” he muttered before he leaned against the wall and began to grow a foul mood.

“I tried the best I could in order to get here;” told Pearl as she began to grow a little mad. “You must understand it is hard to walk;” she said.

“Oh yes;” told Greg as he leaned his head to the side. “Oh yea;” he muttered as he looked to his fingers.

Greg smiled a little and then he winced. He then began to grow into a daydream which he couldn't control. His thoughts spiralled, and all he could do was hate. Her stirred his mind within the pool of madness, and then he clenched some body muscles when he wanted to grow hard and heavy. He hated Pearl at the moment, and he couldn't even say it.

“I don't think I can walk to the kitchen;” Pearl muttered as she sighed. “I just want to go to bed;” she said. “I don't feel like company;” she explained.

“Can't I go to bed with you?” asked Greg as he looked to Pearl with a tinge of narrow stare.

“If you want;” told Pearl before she got up and trudged to her room.

Greg followed. He was like a fly buzzing around her ear, following her as she turned. It was a little annoying for Pearl who wanted to have him just go away. However she didn't want to speak bad to him, she knew she was just sore and tired.

Pearl moved. She then moved to the bed. She sat on it, and there she undressed.

“Can you turn off the lights?” she asked as she began to weep inside of her mind.

“Sure;” told Greg before he moved out of the room.

Pearl heard his shoes stomping around. They were not the rough kind of storming stomps, they were just echoes of sound which came from shoes. She could hear them as clear as day, and she even heard the kettle become switched off. She thought she could hear cups being filled, but she wasn't sure. She just gave up trying to decipher things, stripped off her underwear, and slipped into bed.

“I hope he's clean;” she sulked as she moved to lay her head down.

“Did you say something?” asked Greg as he walked inside of the room.

“Nothing;” told Pearl. “I just said tomorrow I'll have to clean;” she muttered.

“That's sort of what I heard;” told Greg before he placed hot tea on the bedside table next to Pearl.

Pearl rolled and looked to the tea. She felt a little hungry inside of her head. In fact she felt starved. She sat up, and then she moved in order to drink some tea. She did it with lethargy, however as soon as she began to drink the tea began to warm her blood. It made her feel better. She almost smiled.

“I like tea;” she said as she looked to Greg who had a cup of his own. “You make it perfectly;” she smiled.

Greg smiled, and then he took off his shoes. He moved into the bed, and then he looked Pearl up and down. He smiled to her as he grew a warm chest. Then he began to drink. The tea made him feel a little warmer, and then he trailed his eyes to Pearl who looked nice in her nakedness. He smiled gently, and then he began to drink well. He chucked tea down his throat to finish it in a hurry, and then he pushed the cup to the side. He began to strip himself of his clothes, and Pearl found she could drink no more. She placed her cup to the side, and she chuckled as Greg took off all his clothes and tossed each article out one by one.

“You look fit;” told Pearl as she handed over the exaggeration.

Greg only had a little more muscle on his body. Not that much. He looked fatter in the gut. Then he looked thinner on the chest. She thought he looked like he had been drinking fluids over eating. He looked like he needed to be squeezed and have his bladder drained.

“Thanks;” told Greg in retort.

Pearl smiled as she snuggled down. She felt nice and warm. She didn't even care that she hadn't drunk all of the tea. All that mattered was that she was content. She felt content. It made her feel happy and good.

“Are you okay?” asked Pearl as she looked to Greg who had begun to leer at her. “With missing out on the event?” she questioned as she blinked.

Greg smiled and leaned over Pearl. He kissed her once, and then twice. He lips tasted good and fresh. He then stroked her face for a moment.

“I had really wanted to make it a special occasion;” he muttered before he grabbed her throat and began to clutch hard!

Pearl winced as she felt a tough squeeze that was harsher then a vipers. She felt her breath grow thin, and she began to kick and toss her head in an attempt to get the hands off her. Greg narrowed his eyes as sweat shone on his brow. He could feel the bed moving from the kicks, however they were not aimed at anything and didn't even touch him. He began to feel her heartbeat pulse inside of his fingers. The panic grew inside of her eyes. Pearl choked as her breath ran out. Then in a sudden rush her spine dropped onto the bed and she rested there. Greg sighed as the heartbeat stopped. She was breathless, and he could annoy her no longer.

“There;” Greg smiled before he leaned over and picked up the tea. “I feel more relaxed then ever;” he smiled before he began to sip as he allowed the shivers to run out of his bones.
