The Chef's Gone Wild Motto:

Twas the day before friday and was the time of the day when cleaning up must be done so kenj and myself shut ourselves in the fridge to waste some time, anyways on this fateful day a bottle of our good 'ol friend tabasco sauce was beckoning on the shelving so i graceful inquired as to whether kenj would enjoy a taste..."of course" was the answer
now as you may well know tabasco bottles are not meant for lots to be removed at once so while kenj was trying to get some to come out i just gave it an oh so gentle tap on the bottom and half the bottle instantly empted itself. Now this would've been ok had
a) had the bottle not been pointing to kenj's mouth
b) had his mouth not been open
c) had he been ready
d) had he known what was coming
unfortunately none of the above worked in his favour and for the next 3 minutes i attempted to keep people out the fridge, especially the chef we had for the lesson while poor kenj tried to unscrunch his face and get some air back into his lungs and make sure his eyes, nose and any other orifice above his waist wasnt bleeding . The faces he pulled were somewhat amusing with the following photo reminiscent of one of the more memorable
