This is from early in July, but for some reason it just came to my attention.
"We are one, we are whole, a lifeforce that encompasses everything in existence. What I know is that we are here and there and that we work with you to enhance your existence. Within this lifeforce exists a realm of reality, which are different vibrational dimensions. You ask how many different dimensions are there, I can say 3 or 5, but even we do not know for sure. For us that choose to be spirit guides, we have no form as you would think of in the physical because we are formed of energy much like yourself. Your energy has no form by itself, the energy on the physical plane must combine to become individually as one. We also require you to aid us in our evolution.
We are granted the power of knowledge so we can become teachers who do not interfere, but instead suggest the correct path, it is then up to you to trust or not to trust our advice. Most of us have experienced the physical many times, for we cannot know you if we have not been. Yet you live because we are in you. We will stay with you even if you choose to ignore us, we will still love you and honor you. We can also help to release old life karma. With you and me there is no ascendancy, we serve each other in tandem. Nor is there an aspect of subjugation or obligation. We too operate within the perimeters of free will, we too have the right to claim fair treatment and affection such as you have come to take for granted. We not only choose to join you because we believe we can help you, but because we believe you can help us as well, so our union becomes a necessary partnership. We do have memory of the physical and all that that entails. It is important for you to understand that we comprehend quite well what it is like to re incarnate. We think more clearly not because we are more intelligent, but because we are not burdened by the clutter required by you to memorize in order to live a normal life. So now to answer the question, Do we travel great distances throughout the universe to help others. The universe is an eternal road, it does not exist in distance, but it exists in dimensions. This is far easier for us to do, as you pass through a door so we pass from and to. Each dimension has beings, ones that learn and ones that teach. We are teachers because we have learned, and they are teachers because we are learning. This then is the best way for me to explain. We have learned that we teach you the spirit, because the physical body cannot be taught for it is only a vessel in which you the spirit travels."
