Beyonce is one of the highest-paid women in show business, doesn't seem to have much sympathy for those still struggling to see their names in lights, according to our spies. Now that the superstar is wrapping up her "Dreamgirls" tour, she plans to start promoting her latest album, "B-Day," in Los Angeles.
