Medal of Honor Heroes 2 Game Review

May 16th 2008 01:11
Rating-9.3/10

Some of the best games are those that go unadvertised. This is one of those games. I have never seen a commercial for this game, but it is a very good game. I bought it because there was nothing else. I wish I had bought it sooner.
You are a special forces commander in W W II with different objectives than the rest of the troops. You land on the beach of Normandy, France on D-Day. You have to breach the sea wall. Then the game goes into a bunch of missions.
First of all, the arcade mode is the place to start. It's on rails, so you won't have to worry about moving, changing weapons, limited ammo, or grenades. If the game seems a bit limited, that's ok. It's supposed to be that way. I think it is also a bit more difficult than campaign, but that's just me. DON'T FORGET TO DUCK. Ducking is the best thing you can do to stay alive.
Then you can do campaign mode. It really doesn't matter which mode you do first, just try them both. In campaign, you get to wander to your heart's desire. You get to do secondary objectives, pick up better weapons, throw grenades, fight hand to hand, and blow up people with bazookas at point blank range.
But where this game really shines is it's WiFi multiplayer. Death Match, Team Death Match, and Infiltration. I rarely get bored. In infiltration, you communicate with your teammates to capture the enemie flag. In team death match, team up with the allies or the axis to destroy the other team. In death match, it's every man for himself. try to kill without being killed. The worst feeling in the world is when you have a man in your sites, but then another player snipes you. Headshot.
This is the game to buy if you are getting bored with everything else. Sometimes multiplayer can drag on, but it is worth any money you are willing to pay.

Hi -- I've sent you an email already but sometimes they don't get through. Would you like a domain for this blog? If so send an email to charles -at- orble.com (change the -at- into a @) and he will be able to set one up for you.

You may also need to add the email address admin -at- orblemail.com to your address book in order to receive Orble admin emails in the future.

Thanks,
Jon.
