With JotForm it's possible to make online forms and copy to your site.

You can add to the form some toolbox, ex. Text, TextBox, TextArea, PasswordBox, DropDown, CheckBox, RadioButton, DateTimePicker, FileUpload and Button. You can modify the attribute of the toolbox, and give a value to the toolbox, and download the perfect form to paste it to your web site. Without html!

Learning Something Everyday
Nifty information there! I'll definitely take a look at this site later, however, I am looking forward for a more complex handling of forms as there are too many things need to be interactive in order to create a user friendly form like a post. Perhaps you'd know some sites that gives assistance to create advance forms?

I've found temporarily two other forms site: http://www.freedback.com and http://www.response-o-matic.com
