Recently I had the chance to test shoot the Lumix DMC-FH27 compact digital camera.

The camera is relatively small but has plenty of useful features. The optics are shape and produce excellent images.
The 28 mm wide-angle lens is a great feature it allows you to include lots of people in a group shot or take nice wide angle scenic images.

The DMC-FH27 has an 8 x optical zoon 28 mm wide-angle Leics DC Vario-Elmar lens the equivilent to a 28-224 older style 35 mm camera.
Lumix DMC-FH27 record movies in high definition at280 x 720 pixels at 24 fps.
The still image reolution is a good 16.1 megapixel. The IA (Intelligent Auto) function mode works interactively. Another plus for Lumix DMC-FH27 it is able to detect subject movement and face detection , also controls auto focus/auto exposure (AF/AE) settings accessed via the 3.0 inch LCD touch screen .
