I think...but not really sure

I was with my man last night we could not get together until later in the evening due to obligations. Once we were together it still seemed as if we were miles away. I have a strange feeling that he is seeing some one else. Here is the problem he says he love me and I do love him but what is the strange air?? I watched his every move and I saw that he was nervous and had what appered to be gliter all over his face. He is a florist so that could be an explination for the gliter, but still the big pink elephante in the room is just not moving. How do you present the idea of a cheater when you only have a feeling?? I have already looked through his phone once and that ended badly. Is it time to just say good bye and move on? Or just let the feeling go as being parenoid?? Some one help me!!!

Is Monogamy Taught?

I ask this question for two reasons. One I had a interesting conversation with my boyfriends son last night and he has chosen to not get in a relationship because he knows he will not be able to be faithful. He is 22 ,not that age is a big defining for ones maturity level, but he has not yet looked at the big picture. He believes human nature is to have many partners. The other reason I ask this question is because I am currently in a relationship with a man who has been married twice and cheated on his first wife but not his second, but his second allowed other women in the bed room. The question of monogamy is on my mind often because of his past.
I have not been unfaithful and hope that he would not be either but is it just in his nature to crave the hot girl in the skirt that just walked in??

I have done a little research and according to many human nature is to have many partners and that monogamy has only been around since the advent of agriculture. This was a good read and I have included the link.

Now for what I believe. When puberty hits and into our 20’s having slept with several people is just a part of growing to learn how to be a mature adult in an adult relationship. The way a person learns despite your family life is personal and we all get to a point where we are set in our ways. With that being said lets look at facts. STDs are an ongoing problem even with a condom there are some STDs you can come in contact with herpes just to name one. That alone should make us afraid of sleeping around. Once we all hit a certain age lets face it being attractive is not in our favor so all you have is companionship this the true monogamy. Some one who will love you as you start loosing your 6 pack and perfect breasts. Some one you can carry on a conversation with or even just sit in silence and content because they are by your side. Ultimately everyone has to make their own decision and I know I don’t want to be sitting alone at 70 wondering if being unfaithful to that wonderful man 30 years ago was worth the 15 min with a man I can’t even remember his name.

The WonderFul Perks of dating an Older Man!!

Let me start by saying I have been dating a man that is 20 years my senior for 10 months . Not all men are alike but as for mine here are my top 10 perks in no order.

1 ) He always gets up long before I do so there is coffee already made.

2 ) He doesn’t like to cook and would rather we send our time having fun so
dinner is always out and not talkin MC D’s or even Applebees.

3 ) He doesn’t bother me with hundreds of calls or text no time for that older
men are more goal focused.

4 ) His kids are grown so we can bond over a beer and not have evil step mom horns

5 ) He has pasted the selfish sex stage he is not satisfied until I am!!!

6 ) He is cleaner than a 30 something.

7 ) Established; he can take me anywhere within means I want to go and money is not ever an issue.

8 ) He is always a gentlemen my hand never touches a door. His mama taught him that long ago.

9 ) He will never over react over an ex encounter. You know that moment you are with your newbie and you run into an ex and your newbie practically pees on your leg marking his territory. Lol !!!


10 ) Last but not least his bed is comfy you can bet on it his body needs a comfy bed.

P.I. Phone Investigator

I recently had a situation where I had one of those women’s intuitions and thought my man was cheating. I asked some questions and gave him opportunity to confess or at least tell me if something was going on. When this did not work I did some phone investigating. Well this gave a new meaning to the saying go looking for trouble and you will find it. Needless to say I threw a wine glass we fought and finally made up a couple of days later. Even though my eyes do not lie you can sometimes take things out of context when it is written in a text. I can say I felt a little silly for snooping and apologized for my actions, but he was having conversations with an ex that seemed iffy. I want others opinions is it ever ok to be a phone investigator and if so when do you is it ok to snoop through your mans phone.

When are you obligated??

When is the "I LOVE U" between to people in a relationship become just something you say and not something you feel?? I have a theory and that is why I have started this blog. My current love interest and I have just recently added the three (no going back now) words” I LOVE YOU". Now don't get me wrong, we both mean it, but now a couple of months later it seems we say it like "ok love yea bye". So when did it become an obligation; that happened the moment we shared our first exchange. Now if I don't say it he may be mad and if he does not say it I wonder. So I have just started saying "I LOVE U" he does something that makes me smile or if I see he is in a bad mood. I am not sure if he has noticed but I have started appreciating that I have some one to say I LOVE U to!!!!
