Trader VIC's Los Angeles | Audio Video Music Design Layout By Astro Audio Video & Lighting
John Valencia, owner of The Valencia Group, a restaurant management company based in Los Angeles, recently brought back a restaurant called Trader Vic’s in Downtown Los Angeles. Originally started in 1934, Trader Vic’s has a long history of serving fresh delicious food, and is famous for its fun, tiki theme. The new restaurant was established there to be a part of L.A. Live; an innovative new Mecca in the heart of Los Angeles meant to attract many visitors for sports, entertainment and dining. It is also host to events such as the GRAMMYs, EMMYs and many other prestigious events.
The Vision of Sound Video & Lighting at Trader Vic's
In order to add additional flare and energy to his restaurant, John Valencia brought in Kenny Smith, a representative and expert from Astro Audio Video & Lighting, to help design, layout, and bring in the right equipment for the restaurant. The restaurant has been upgraded with a dynamically integrated four-zone Audio/Video system for flexibility in providing entertainment. Overhead speakers, sound systems for live band performances, plasma TV’s and a fifty-inch monitor were also added. Astro supplied Trader Vic’s with the necessary elements of an entertaining, exciting and contemporary restaurant.
Since its recent opening at L.A. Live, the restaurant has gained the attention and press coverage of the Los Angeles Times, Marketwire.com, and more. As time goes on, the work that The Valencia Group and Astro did at Trader Vic’s will only receive more praise and attention. Astros help there was necessary to give the restaurant the entertainment value it needed to fit the surroundings and excitement of Los Angeles.
