London Free Walking Tour (LINK)

If you are travelling to London for the first time and dont feel very familiar with the sights and what not, the free walking tour if worth going on. The tour guides are very exprienced and extremely helpful. It lasts for around 3 hours and you go to alot of famous sights that you probably would miss if you went walking by yourself. It is also really good because you get the history of the monuments, statues and little stories that go along with it from your tour guide.
The best part of the walkiing tour is that you get to know the places that you would like to go back and see and spend more time. Definately worth the time to do, the tour guide does ask for a tip though, however they do take 3 hours out of their day to do a tour, so a pound or two wont damage your budget too much.
The group that organises the walking tour also has a pub crawl every night for under 15 pound so that is worth having a look at too if you want to experience the night life and make some travel buddies.
For more info i have provided the link below. This one starts from the Generator Hostel in London which is two minutes walk from Russell Square station. Easy
