What are Guilty Pleasures?

How would you define a guilty pleasure? Personally, for me a guilty pleasure is something that cheers me up after an emotional downfall, livens me when I feel down, helps me to recover after a major test, and allows me to indulge in myself for just a little while. There is no image to conform to, no reason to pretend, we can just be ourselves, and cherish in that fact.
