Lets Take a Ride, Mr. Gore

O.K. So this is May first and Im driving along in Colorado, minding my own business and it starts snowing. According to the radio they're expecting up to a foot. That means I get to chain up sometime today. Lucky me! Before Al Gore and his global warming crap, I was usually done with chains by this time of year. Id like to take him along with me for a few days so he could see what his stupid invention is doing. He could chain up for me.
No, its not a case of blaming the messenger. Ive seen it snow in June, July and even August in years gone by. Being blamed for it and being taxed for it, though, is what really pisses me off. This year has been colder and wetter than usual, true. I see it everywhere I go. But my truck and your car didnt cause it. The weather does what it wants to, partly from the Gulf Stream, partly from sun spots and partly just because.
All these dippy politicians are so anxious to believe that we can change global whatever is insane. Al Gore started this to stay in the spotlight and make money. Well, it worked for him. So no matter who gets elected we get stuck with his crap. Whats the matter with people, anyway? I run my butt of, hauling freight from one state to another and the fuel prices suck. The last thing I want is for some idiot to blame me for weather patterns that I have nothing to do with.
S.L. Bradish is my favorite blogger (dont tell the wife lol) and she had a post awhile back about more scientists speaking out against al Gore. Good for her! And good for them.
