Last unbeaten team goes down

The final unbeaten team in men's college basketball fell to defeat on Thursday night. Murray State out of the Ohio Valley Conference, lost 72-68 to Tennessee State, ending their 23 straight game winning streak.
Robert Covington led Tennessee State with 17 points and eight rebounds in the win. Tennessee State improved to 16-10 on the season, and 9-4 in conference. Isiahah Caanan led the Racers of Murray State with 31 points. Mistakes down the stretch cost the Racers the game, that including a great game from Tennessee State's bench. Murray State's bench was outscored 30-10.
This loss will push Murray State out of the top ten for sure, and likely out of the top 20.
