Last Call For Alcohol

This story is rather funny and belongs on this blog. Cops go to a crash scene involving one car on the interstate. When they arrive there was noone in the car.
Fifteen minutes later, cops are called to a nearby TGI Friday's alleging disorderly conduct. It seems the car owner was drunk and fled to Friday's, where he began ordering drinks for a group of strangers and himself. All was cool until he had to pay, and decided he wasn't going to.
He had a slew of charges including assault on a police officer for stomping and kicking a female officer.
