Lack of Faith

I’ve become a different person,
Lacking faith that I once had,
Finding comfort in a god
Who was there always,
Now I mock His power,
And compassion.

I know I don’t prayer enough,
I feel no need to.

However I still believe in Him though,
And that He keeps a watch over me
And over those I love.

Conflicting ideas and beliefs haunt me,
Disputing but supporting them,
I all-together reject the “Christian” way,
Believing I will find my spiritual way someday.
