Krav Maga is the official style of self defence and defensive tactics taught to the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF)
Developed in Israel in the 1940's, Krav Maga has continued it's evolution from a military based defensive tactics system to a self defence system for regular civilians alike. Krav Maga is now taught for many different purposes to many different departments and has been proven to be effective and relatively simple for people to learn in a relatively short period of time.
