Kramer Yells Nigger to Black Men in Audience

Why, Cosmo, Why?????????????

We loved him as Kramer in Seinfeld. I even loved Kramer way back when he was still a young skinny and likeable comedian still only known as Michael Richards (and not Kramer, yes I'm on the SEO trip) on the comedy show Fridays, where, as BattleBoy, he raced trucks around in the mud like a 9-year-old...um...BattleBoy.

But, now Kramer has yelled "nigger, nigger, nigger!" (I just love that I can post nigger, nigger, nigger without recourse. One of the advantages of being black) to some black men who allegedly heckled him at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood.

I heard about this briefly yesterday and actually paid more attention to it this morning while watching the Today show. It's shocking to hear that "Kramer" went off like that! Someone had said that the audience was waiting for a punchline almost, until he kept going and was getting out of hand with it.

They've been comparing him to Mel Gibson, but don't you think it will all blow over with him too eventually? And it's not like he is doing anything "big" right now anyway.

I definately don't agree with how he acted, but what about the "racial" comments the black men came back with? I think they had the right to defend themselves, BUT not by throwing a racial comment back...that seemed distasteful and like they were "stooping" to his level of ignorance. But you won't hear the media point that out.

You know what, i saw that clip and people were heckling him from the audience. Look he lost his cool and a person of his status probably should not have but i think we all would have.

Iam black and no matter which ethnic / white person did that to me, then i would swear back, and i wouldnt hesistate to bring racism into play.

Rascim despite many people denying it is ethced in everyone, but it only becomes a problem when people make decisions based on race.

Yeah, and now those two black guys who said they were just loud and ordering drinks in the audience -- the same ones about whom Michael Richards allegedly said "Oh here come a group of stupid blacks and Mexicans" when they entered with their friends -- have hired uber-lawyer Gloria Allred and want Kramer to pay up!

What do you think? Should they get the moola for their pain and embarassment?

Iam sure these guys felt so much pain and embrassment that they need compensation. I wonder if they went straight home and didnt go anywhere esle, some of them probably even cried. haha and how old are these guys by the way....12??

This is sort of thing happens no where else but america. Ofcourse the poor babies will get compensation/

It was like when Russle Crow threw that phone at the guy, he barley has a bruise on his face and got so much money out of it.

I need to come to america, and start hounding celebs in the hope one will lash out at me and then sue his/her ass off.

if people want to get rich, i reckon thats the best way.

It hurts the black community to be called names like nigger, I take offense at that and it should be banned from all forms of speech. I can't believe that word is still used in the media today. How dare they still use that word today!!!!!!!!!

Niggers are stupid and given more credits in America than anywhere else.
They should all be sent back to the jungles they came from because they are turning North America into freaking North Africa.
