A sad goodbye to the Sopranos...

March 17th 2007 03:03
For those Sopranos fans....April 8, 2007 is the final 8 episodes.
How sad after all these seasons. I have followed that series every since it began and never missed an episode. I am probably one of the biggest die hard fans. I hope the series finale does not kill Anthony Soprano.
If anyone would like to share their thoughts about the final season, please comment to this blog. I will update as it gets closer and once it starts

Much Money to be Made

March 16th 2007 02:24
If anyone wants to know the difference between a Notary Public (NP) and a Notary Signing Agent (NSA), I can give you all the information. There is alot of money to be made being a NSA. A NP can just notarize very few documents for $2-$10 and in some states perform weddings. As a NSA you can do closings on homes, refinances, reverse mortgages and many other signings.

I started out as a NP and wasnt making very much money. Then I became a NSA and I make anywhere between $100-$400 per signing. When someone want to refinance their home or purchase a home the mortgage company needs a notary to perfom the closing. That is where I come in. The assignment can take anywhere from 1 hour to as many as 4 hours, but it is well worth it. I charge for my travel and service. There is alot of money to be made in this profession.

If you would like more information you can go to www.nationalnotary.org
There is plenty of information on that site.

Good Luck
