Keep “you” real!
This is easier said than done in reality. Everyday we wear many roles and masks in our lives. Man, woman, child it matters not.
Remember to smell the rain after it falls, feel the freshness of the air on your skin, feel the beat of life! Watch children playing and remember how you were as a child. Take the good, the bad, the ugly and every shade in between.
You are a unique mixture of feelings, emotions, experiences and choices!
Let not death scare you. Birth and death are a part of life. Circle of life goes around as continuous as the earth orbits around sun.
Fear is real and has its good and not so good points. Fear in its natural raw state will see you either fight or flight as in run from something or someone.
Sometimes it takes reater strength to stay still and just do nothing. Watch, keep an open mind, listen, not judge and see where this takes you.
Faith and fear are not so different. Religions are not so different – all consist of faith and belief.
Humans all cry, bleed, grow, love, know fear, know life in their unique culture. Hatred comes from pain and misunderstanding, love can help this, understanding and education.
Am I supposed to hate the person who dresses a bit different or has a different culture, skin color to mine? No! I will not..guilty in past when I didn’t know better.
Yes, I get scared at what I don’t understand, and I face this fear with an open mind. I can be the same to someone else without knowing it.
I can find beauty in any culture – event he ancient art of head hunters as gross as this sounds. All cultures have the good, the bad and ugly.
Just because we appear different could we not celebrate the greater humanness within our hearts?
