Katy Perry's most recent single "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" has been given the remix treatment with the return of the brilliant Missy Elliott. Interestingly I was only just thinking the other day that we hadn't heard from Missy Elliott for a while!
I must admit that I'm really liking this new trend of a single being re-released and remixed with a new featured vocalist, like Rihanna's "S&M" with Britney Spears. It seems to really give new life to the songs, especially if you've heard them to death on the radio!
Check out the newly remixed "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" below and let's hope this means we get to hear some more music from the wonderful Missy Elliott in the near future - maybe some more remixed feature vocals?
