Does he have
A deep unforgiving pit
That sucks him down in a snap
with the room obediently following.
Does he have
A fear of people
and them touching it at all
because they will fall all too soon.
Does he have
a vicious hate for it all and
everything it is
and everything it's not.
Does he have
an innocence that sees too much
and not enough at the same time
showing it all reluctantly.
Does he have
the skill to feel isolated
even at the reunion
of everyone he's ever known.
Does he have
a reliance on you to save him
from it all and from himself
that erodes a hole in the pit just for you.

Or does he have
the one thing that might cover it all
so we won't have to go down there again.

I cry a lot and openly admit it. It gets me labeled as too sensitive and emotional but if someone feels a great sadness isn't it natural to cry? It's what we do as humans.

Talking about emotions is something everyone, men and women, should embrace and be comfortable doing. I wish I had more people in my life that I could openly exchange ideas, thoughts and emotions to in a non-threatening scene.

Everyone has these so why hide them? They may be given an outlet in art, but what about conversation?
