What makes great television? Joan Rivers getting high! 78 year old Rivers got high with a friend on prescribed marijuana, and was so out of it, her daughter had to drive her home.

Then when she got home, Joanie got into the hot tub completely clothed. Joan has always been into shock value for a laugh but this takes it to an all new high. (no pun intended.)
