I believe in UFO's/Aliens

Todays group: I believe in UFO's/Aliens

583 members and counting

Group description:

Have we been visited by intelligent beings from other planets? Have humans been abducted or in direct contact with Alien life forms? Have you seen a UFO? Do you believe in Aliens or UFO's?

If you have answered 'yes' to any of these questions please join "I believe in UFO's/Aliens"

It is time for full disclosure of the UFO phenomenon from all governments of the world. Government bodies are withholding information regarding extraterrestrial entities / technology for their own personal gain, social control, desire for military advancement, and power.

"We expect it will crash straight in at No. 1 in our book charts," Jon Howells, of Britain's Waterstone's book store chain, said Wednesday. "It would take a battle of magical proportions to dislodge it before Christmas."

The book's print run sounds enormous until you compare it with the Potter books. The final volume, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" sold 8 million copies in its first 24 hours and had a print run of 12 million in the U.S. alone.

Retailers are not expecting the new book to generate the frenzy that accompanied publication of "Deathly Hallows" in July 2007, when fans dressed as witches and warlocks formed festive crowds outside book stores around the world.

Rowling has described "The Tales of Beedle the Bard" as a distillation of the themes found in the Harry Potter books, calling it her goodbye to a world she lived in for 17 years.

The book was initially produced last year in an edition of seven handwritten copies. Six were given away by Rowling as gifts, and one was bought by Amazon at an auction for almost 2 million pounds ($3 million).

My thoughts: I agree with the 32 thousand others who joined this group. Of course I think they are only attractive in moderation and not too big.

on What's the deal with SPAM HAM?

October 29th 2008 22:14
Even though I am in no way a vegetarian I fully appreciate people who are. And I always make sure if they ask 'does it have meat', I consider ever single ingredient, no matter how minute it is. I see it as the same as someone with a peanut allergy. EVERY INGREDIENT MATTERS. I get annoyed at people who just think 'potato sald' only has 2 words 'potato' and 'salad', so both of those arent meat so there is no way the potato salad could have meat in it.....how ridiculous!!! If they assumed the same thing for someone with a nut allery they probbaly would have killed quite a few people by now.

And BTW, I wouldnt eat SPAM if someone paid me, it smells worse than catfood and I also believed it to be only used in case of cyclone or nuclear meltdown food.

on You're in Australia... SPEAK ENGLISH!!!

March 19th 2008 02:38
Anonymous - There will always be exceptions to the rule, your mother being illiterate in her own language and not young to be able to grasp a new one would make it pretty much impossible for her.

I'm agreeing mainly that for the people who come here to live and CHOOSE to speak only their language, without even making an effort to learn even a bit of english is just rude.

Its the effort I'm looking for.

As for three hundred or so Aboriginal dialects, I think as Australians we should know a hell of alot more about the Aboriginal language than we do, it should be taught in school. But thats a whole other subject, perhaps if I find a facebook group on that topic, I'll post it and we can continue that topic on there.

A more complete Deathly Hallows is a fair trade-off for having to wait a bit longer for the second (and final *sniff*) film I think I wish they would have done it for Order of the Phoenix too.

I have thought about doing that Anonymous but I feel that my opinion is not really what I'd want to read if I was reading my blog. I'd like to see what facebook group they had found, and I honestly wouldnt care what they thought about it. But if you think people would be interested in my personal opinon than I will begin to post my thoughts on each group.

thanks for reading

So then does that mean that its all repeditive though, because as you zoom into a fractal you see the same pattern over and over. Thats gota be a bit boring. Perhaps the universe is of infinite fractals, all merged together, so you can zoom in to see more and more and alos open up additional realities/fractal.

Makes the mind boggle .....good topic though
