Christian Dior's Haute Couture show A/W 2008/9 was all about cinched waists, see through skirts and somewhat-minimalism (at least for Dior). The show opened with a plague of black, and as the dresses graduated into softer, pastel hues the stiffness of the silhouettes was replaced by flowy layers. Simply divine!
