During a training session yesterday at Gosch’s Oval, Collingwood player John Anthony was injured in a drill resulting in a head/neck injury.
He was taken to hospital where a number of neurological tests were performed and to date he has been cleared of any major problems.
John will remain in hospital for the next 24 hours for observation and will return to full training in the next 3-4 weeks.
