Imagine getting busted for dope not once, but twice in one day. A public employee is busted for possession of marijuana. Hours later he gets busted for smoking while driving a work truck! The doper tries to justify the reason for toking while working.
He said that he was fine to drive because he had "only smoked a roach" — the remnant of a marijuana cigarette. But officers said Brown failed a field sobriety test.
