It just Aint My Week

Ever have one of those weeks where everything that can go wrong does? My truck started messing up and the boss drug his feet about getting it fixed. Then I got hit by lightening and lost all my interior lights and gages. Then I got to the shop and they can't get the part to fix it til next Wed. I was in a truck stop, parked for the nite last nite in the middle of a long line of trucks, and a damn tornado went right over the top of us! Shake, rattle and roll... No new damage, except to the wife's nerves. Maybe I shouldnt tell her all this stuff.
I thought Id be doing a few short, daytime only, runs near the shop until Wed. But oh hell no! Im on my way to California now, with no interior lights and no gages, hoping I dont get a ticket for speeding since I dont know exactly how fast Im going. Maybe when I get back next Wed. the part will be in and the damn thing will work right again.
