I want your say and thoughts

We live in a world where cooking a meal at home is a thing of the past. More and more people go to restaurants, cafes, bars, snack bars, hotels, clubs and so on for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
These places rule our streets, they are everywhere.
I want to know whether you the customer return to a restaurant after going there once, are you a repeated customer, if not, why, if yes, why? who and what is the best place in town? do you tip? is the customer service up to standard? comparisons to the rest of the world? complaints of places or of workers? praising of any places or workers? I want to know everything or anything about the hospitality industry.
The hospitality industry is the biggest industry in the world, employing billions of workers, bringing billions of dollars into the worlds economy.
I want the world to wake up and notice how important the hospitality industry is and how underpaid the workers are, for the hard work they put in, but, on the other hand, I want the poor acheivers who put the hospitality industry down for poor customer service critisised.
If you have any thoughts of customer service outside the hospitality industry please let me know also, as customer service is about treating the customer like king and queen, and if you can't give that kind of treatment, then get out of the industry or shape up.
Please give any locations or people a grading of which:
*5 stars* equals excellent & outstanding, should be applauded and must be visited.
*4 stars* equals very good, but just not there yet
*3 stars* equals just makes the grade, but needs improvement
*2 stars* equals very bad, long way to go, needs drastic changes immediately
*1 star* equals do not visit, must close or finish up
