Blogigng and Twitter

I have to admit that twitter sucked up a lot of time and turned me away from blogging. There are lots of people who can catch your attention and you'll flow with each tweet and there will be less time you'll find for your blog.
It happened with me but once i realized that there is not much of traffic that can come up with twitter then i dropped the thought of spending time on twitter. There are some guides on twitter that let you manage your time with twitter and help you get most out of it.
You shouldn't spend more than 15 minutes if you want to be productive with blogging. If you don't blog then twitter for 30 minutes is productive. If you can't resist temptation of tweeting then you can tweet daily and create feed each day of your tweets and submit on your blog as post. This will help you update your blog in case you don't blog in any particular day.
What do you think ? How you manage to juggle between twitter and blogging ?
