Is Turquoise More of a Green or Blue Colour?

Traditionally used to describe an ancient colour gem stone meant to symbolise good fortune. While at the same seals one protection when worn and ensure the well-being of its wearer. Interestingly enough the gem-stone itself is scientifically claimed to be copper aluminium phosphate the colour is a result of a combined blue coming from the copper and green from the iron. However it said that the colour Turquoise is always has combined greenish or blueish tone. This is the very isue being raised whether Turquoise is really more or green or blue shade. Is this why it defined as in-between colour for its greenish quality yet blue trait. As on the colour spetrum scale the blue and green are right next to eachother whereby the Turquoise is located. Maybe the answer lies in the meaning and feeling behind the colour blue and green. Blue with its 'tranquil and peaceful' apeal while green with it similarily 'calming' effect. Now dont these words seem to sound very much the same and mean the same thing including having the same feeling and tone to them.
As I have always thought that it was more of a blue because of it aqua type shade. Yet now i think that this view was however tainted by the fact that i have more of a faviouristism towards the colour blue making me believe that Turquoise was naturally more of a blue than green colour . Now I have came to the realisation and speculation that Turquoise might be more of green colour than blue because of the similiarity between the colour shades of blue and green. For this has made be think differently and made me question completely whether Turquoise is naturally more a blue colour. Cause if i were more favoured by the colour green would i think that Turquoise is naturally more a green colour. Moreover the aqua apeal has the same green and blue combination making the similiarity between green and blue shades more apparent, making the questioin whether Turquoise is more of a Green or Blue colour more and more confusing to determine.
Raising whether or not can this question be answered truthfully and objectively without colour bais (what i call colour favouritism)? In addition is there a way to solove this Turquoise colour connudrum? You decide??
